First thing is to relax this is a very simple procedure that i will walk you through, you don't have to have any knowledge of a computer to do this.

First open IE6 or IE7 ( you don't have to know which one you have , that is fine just open your web browser). Now go to Tools in the upper left side of the screen (click it) now click internet options and then click on the advanced tab. Scroll down till you see the "Allow active content to run in files on My Computer" and make sure it is NOT CHECKED If it is then UNCHECK it. Now click Apply, Then Click Ok. That's all there is to it. This will resolve allot of issues in IE6 or IE7 that you may be having.
